Ray Gun is a proud sponsor of NEYT’s Transfixed Art Contest!!

The New England Youth Theatre is celebrating their upcoming production of Transfixed! with an art contest!

Contestants must create a work of art from one of the following prompts:

Who is your Magical Self? If you were from a magical world, who or what would you be? A witch, a wizard, a fairy, a troll, or some other creature that you have created in your mind? Show us your magical self and give us two or three sentences about who you are!

Create a Fantasy Book Cover. Is there a story you wish could be written? Are you a fan of fantasy stories? What would your ultimate fantasy story look like? Illustrate the cover of your book and tell us what it’s about in two or three sentences.

Anyone can submit their art, but only children ages 5-18 will be eligible to win the grand prize. Art must be submitted to the front desk at NEYT (100 Flat Street) before Wednesday, May 27th at 5pm. Every person who attends a showing of Transfixed! gets to cast a vote! The Grand Prize package has been donated by Everyone’s Books, Ray Gun Comics, and Zephyrs Designs.
